Who We Are

Jenny Bean

Kia ora, Kia orana, Mālō e lelei, Talofa, Talofa lava, Bula Vinaka, Warm Greetings to you. My name is Jenny, and all the knowledge and experience gathered throughout my career has culminated in my life’s calling—changing people’s lives through career coaching and organisational development.

I care deeply about the meaning and role work plays in people’s lives:

  • as a means of income to make a life

  • how people define their status and success

  • as a means of personal achievement and fulfillment

  • defining meaning for one’s existence and purpose—being called to achieve something greater than oneself.

I look forward to meeting you and discussing how I can support you and your individual or organisational development needs.

“Inspiring, encouraging and influencing people to achieve organisational and personal goals through meaningful work is my life’s calling.”

— Jenny Bean

How we work

Hands with puzzle pieces

Through expert career development, we create sustainable and practical outcomes that lift your worth and help you to create meaning in your life. For organisations, we align people to values and organisational outcomes—strategies align to plans, and plans align to people.

Keeping it real…

    People excellence

Not satisfied with equity, we strive for people excellence—with social justice underpinning everything we do.

Our experience

All the knowledge and experience gathered throughout my career as an Employment Case Manager, a Career Consultant, Practice Advisor, Practice Leader, National Operations Manager and my employment in Career and Talent Management (teaching coach-like behaviours in managers, professionalising a career management system, conducting training, writing policy, developing and embedding competencies into performance agreements, and changing workplace culture) means we are able to draw on significant experience in a diverse range of organisations.

These organisations cover a wide variety of sectors in New Zealand including social services, central and local government, and private sector businesses. We have expertise in working with military (and ex-military) personnel—we love to facilitate the significant contribution they make to NZ Inc.

We have also worked extensively with whānau / aiga, hapū, rūnaka and iwi, and the Pasifika community, and use Fonua, Fonofale and Te Whare Tapa Whā models of wellbeing to guide our mahi. We honour and embrace Te Tiriti o Waitangi in all aspects of our work.
