Who We Are
Great organisations are built by great people!
Hi, my name is Jenny. I care deeply about the meaning and role work plays in people’s lives:
as a means of income to make a life
how people define their status and success
as a means of personal achievement and fulfillment
defining meaning for one’s existence and purpose—being called to achieve something greater than oneself.
I look forward to meeting you and discussing how I can support you and your individual or organisational development needs.
“Inspiring, encouraging and influencing people to achieve organisational and personal goals through meaningful work is my life’s calling.”
— Jenny Bean
Past experience
All the knowledge and experience gathered throughout my career has culminated into my life’s calling.
Initially, I worked as an Employment Case Manager—helping people who had been registered as unemployed from four to 15 years. Then I worked as a Career Consultant, Practice Advisor, Practice Leader, and National Operations Manager overseeing 3,500 people on qualifications at any one time.
Later, I was employed in career and talent management teaching coach-like behaviours in managers, professionalising a career management system, conducting training (training needs analysis through to evaluation), writing policy, developing and embedding competencies into performance agreements, and changing workplace culture—all in a diverse range of organisations.
